What's Involved in an S&OP Process Audit?
Depending upon the scope and size of your operations we take approximately 1-2 days of onsite time interviewing key employees (i.e. S&OP members), and attending an S&OP meeting.
A complete diagnostic evaluation of all S&OP performance metrics is included in this audit.
Based upon the factual evidence obtain onsite, we formulate a list of improvement recommendations.
Results Guarantee
When the recommendations from the process audit are implemented, they will result in an improved level of performance for the S&OP process as measured by process participants. If the S&OP self-assessment score doesn't improve within 2 months of implementation, Performance Plus Consultants will refund 50% of the Process Audit fees (excluding travel expense).
