What's Involved in a Cycle Counting Process Audit?
Depending upon the scope and size of your operations we take approximately 1-2 days of onsite time interviewing key employees (i.e. cycle counters, material manager), sampling inventory records, and participating in an actual cycle count. Based upon the factual evidence obtain onsite, we formulate a list of improvement recommendations. Best practices research is utilized as a benchmark source during this analysis phase of the study.
Results Guarantee
When the recommendations from the process audit are implemented, they will result in an improved level of performance for inventory record accuracy (IRA). If the IRA does not improve within 2 months of implementation, Performance Plus Consultants will refund 50% of the Process Audit fees (excluding travel expense).
